As the Site offers no user account or registration form, simply browsing the Site constitutes full acceptance of these Terms of Use. Users who do not accept these terms are invited not to use the Site.
Article 3 — Purpose of the Site
The Site presents Veridral's consulting services in Europe-Asia trade support: supplier research and audits, quality control, and regulatory compliance (CE, RoHS, EMC, LVD, PPWR, etc.) for Asian manufacturers exporting to Europe. It is an informational showcase site — it does not allow online sales, account creation, or booking. Any consulting engagement is subject to a separate contract negotiated directly with Veridral. Access to the Site is free of charge; connection costs remain the User's responsibility.

Article 5 — Intellectual property
All elements of the Site are protected by copyright, in accordance with Book XI of the Belgian Code of Economic Law. Any reproduction without Veridral's prior written authorisation is prohibited.
Article 6 — Third-party logos and trademarks
Logos, marks and trademarks of third-party organisations mentioned on the Site (notably CE, RoHS, PPWR, LVD, ISO, TÜV, SGS, Bureau Veritas) are used for purely informational purposes, as part of Veridral's consulting work. These logos and trademarks remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. Their presence on the Site does not imply any affiliation, partnership, sponsorship, or certification issued by Veridral on their behalf.
Article 7 — Liability
Veridral cannot be held liable for damages related to access to or use of the Site. Information on the Site is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute formal legal or regulatory advice — any decision should be verified directly with Veridral.
